Engr. Saqib Shamsher is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with over 18 years of professional expertise in the steel industry. His specialization lies in mechanical maintenance and project execution, particularly within Cold Rolling Mills, Continuous Galvanizing Lines, and Flat Products Manufacturing Systems. Known for his strategic thinking and hands-on approach, he has contributed significantly to the efficiency, reliability, and innovation of complex industrial operations.
Academically, Engr. Saqib holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial Management, both from the esteemed NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi. His academic foundation has played a pivotal role in shaping his technical and managerial acumen.
Beyond his industrial career, Engr. Saqib is also a dedicated educator with over a decade of teaching experience. He is currently engaged in teaching students of Classes 8, 9, and 10 at Hijaz Academy, delivering lectures in Physics, Chemistry, and motivational topics aimed at academic and personal development. His passion for education extends to mentoring and guiding youth toward academic excellence and ethical growth.
In the realm of social welfare, Engr. Saqib co-founded the Husn-e-Ikhlaq Foundation on February 7, 2021, alongside his colleague Mr. Zeeshan Islam. The foundation is committed to supporting low-income and white-collar families by providing financial aid, educational opportunities, career development support, and access to essential resources. Their mission is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a fair chance at stability and success.
